Open Banking Community Standards

1.0.06.22

Overview

In order to maintain a productive, positive and collaborative environment, Evolve Bank & Trust (“Evolve”) has created community guidelines that will govern our Open Banking division and applicable partnerships within the division.

These guidelines are maintained by our Open Banking Community Committee (OBCC), which is made up of a cross section of employees throughout the entire Evolve organization (within and outside of the Open Banking division).

Should any of the following standards come into question for any of our partners, potential partners or related service providers, the committee will meet to discuss and reach a decision. The decision may include denial of the business/action in question and/or other disciplinary actions as we see fit. Marketing materials, websites, publications, etc. that potentially compromise Evolve's reputation or that Evolve believes may cause harm to any end user may be subject to review by the OBCC.
